Evan has litigated cases from both the plaintiff and defendant position, from inception through Supreme Court trial. His education, experience, work ethic and superior written submissions ensure a strong representation in any civil case. Representative cases include a successful personal injury lawsuit against one of the nation’s largest telecommunications companies, piercing the corporate veil of a Limited Liability Company in effect extending the reach of standard common law, successfully defending the award of a $42 million Federal contract, litigating a $50 million real estate tax reduction case and several other strong results.

Community Involvement
As an Animal Rights advocate, Evan has worked with municipalities and shelters to increase funding and help eliminate the need for euthanasia. He has lobbied New York State to increase penalties for animal abuse crimes.
